FÍS in collaboration with the National Film School has recently organised (for the 2nd year running) a 3-day masterclass series aimed at young women interested in a career in film or TV.  Young Women in Film & TV is a gender-parity initiative that seeks to address the issue of under-representation of women in key creative positions in the Film & TV industry. Co-funded by Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council Arts Office and developed in partnership with Young Irish Film Makers.
